Step 1: confirm design direction
The process starts with reference images, waistband style, pocket needs, inseam length, rise, seam detail and target fabric. A tech pack helps, but clear photos and notes can also start the discussion.
Step 2: choose fabric and color
Fabric choices affect stretch, opacity, compression and final price. Color can use available stock fabric for lower MOQ or custom dyeing for larger orders.
Step 3: sample development
The sample confirms fit, logo position, seam construction and overall feeling. Feedback should be specific, such as waistband height, ankle opening, length or compression level.
Step 4: bulk production
After sample approval, the factory prepares cutting, sewing, trimming, inspection and packing. Clear approval records help avoid confusion during production.
Step 5: quality control and shipment
Finished leggings should be checked for measurement, stitching, stains, fabric defects, logo quality and packaging before shipment.
