How to write a clear activewear quotation request
A clear inquiry helps the sales team reply with practical options instead of asking many follow-up questions. Include the product type, model number or reference photo, target quantity, size range, fabric preference, color direction, logo method, packaging needs and destination country.
If you are comparing multiple styles, send all model numbers together and explain which category is most important for your first order. If you need private label packaging, mention hang tags, labels, barcode, bag and carton requirements early.
